CANCELLATION POLICY:

Packages can be canceled for a 100% Future Package Credit provided the date of cancellation is 4 days or more before the first package travel date. Packages canceled 3 days or less before the first package travel date are not eligible for Future Package Credit.

To cancel your package, visit our Order Status page. If you need further assistance cancelling your package, email us at info@goport.com. Cancellation requests must be submitted through our website or received via email by 11:59 PM at least 4 days before travel.
