Cancellation Policy

Packages can be cancelled for a 100% Future Package Credit valid for 12 months provided the date of cancellation is 4 days or more before the first package travel date. Packages cancelled 3 days or less before the first package travel date are not eligible for Future Package Credit. 

Store credit issued is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Store credit may be applied toward booking a new package. Packages booked using a Future Package Credit are non-refundable, and if cancelled, will not be eligible for another Future Package Credit. All packages are subject to availability at the time of the booking. Go Port reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice or liability. The flexible travel options policy can be withdrawn without notice.

To request a cancellation, log in to your Go Port account. Then, navigate to “My Packages”, click “Request Cancellation” on the order you would like to cancel, and follow the on-screen instructions. If you have not yet signed up for a Go Port account, you can register here or fill out this form to submit a cancellation request. Please email us at info@goport.com if you need further assistance cancelling your package.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through our website or received via email by 11:59 PM at least 4 days before travel.
