Packages can be canceled for a 100% Future Package Credit valid for 12 months provided the date of cancellation is 4 days or more before the first package travel date. Packages canceled 3 days or less before the first package travel date are not eligible for Future Package Credit.
To request a cancellation, log in to your Go Port account. Then, navigate to “My Packages”, click “Request Cancellation” on the order you would like to cancel, and follow the on-screen instructions. If you have not yet signed up for a Go Port account, you can register here or fill out this form to submit a cancellation request. Please email us at email@example.com if you need further assistance canceling your package.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through our website or received via email by 11:59 PM at least 4 days before travel.
