    Gratuities for shuttle drivers are appreciated but completely optional and left to your discretion.

  • Is transportation included for my departure flight after the cruise?

    Yes! All Fly Snooze Cruise packages include round-trip transfers, including transportation from your Port Canaveral cruise terminal back to the airport after your cruise. We recommend booking a return flight that departs in the afternoon to ensure you will arrive back at the airport in time.

  • Do I need to include an infant/child when counting the number of people in my party when booking a package?

    Yes, infants and children must be included in the total number of people in your party when booking a Fly Snooze Cruise package.

  • Can car seats for infants and children be used on the shared shuttle?

    Yes! While car seats are not required for shared shuttles in the state of Florida, you are welcome to bring your own car seat or booster seat if you prefer. Please note that Go Port does not provide car seats and cannot guarantee that the shuttle will have seat belts.

  • Can I book a Fly Snooze Cruise package for a large group?

    Our Fly Snooze Cruise packages can be booked online for up to 34 travelers. If there are more travelers in your group, submit a request to our team and our travel experts are happy to assist with making arrangements.

  • Can I book private transfers instead of a shared shuttle as part of the Fly Snooze Cruise package?

    Yes! Go Port offers private black car transportation as part of select Fly Snooze Cruise packages for cruisers flying into Orlando International Airport (MCO), Sanford Airport (SFB) and Melbourne Airport (MLB). Up to 6 passengers can enjoy a convenient private transfer from the airport to one of our partner hotels near Port Canaveral or Lake Nona. 

    For cruisers flying into Orlando Airport, we now offer the full luxury experience for Fly Snooze Cruise packages booked at Lake Nona Wave Hotel or Florida Hotel & Conference Center at the Florida Mall! These packages feature private black car transportation on each leg of your journey:

  • Can I add an extra night to my hotel stay?

    Yes! You can easily add additional pre- or post-cruise hotel nights when booking your Fly Snooze Cruise package, subject to hotel availability. This is a great option for travelers who want to explore the Orlando or Cocoa Beach area before or after their cruise.

  • Can I earn points with my hotel loyalty rewards program when I book hotel accommodations through a Go Port Fly Snooze Cruise package?
