What is Go Port's Future Package Credit Program?

Starting March 9, 2020, the FPC Program allows our cruisers to cancel any package up to 4 days before their first Go Port Package travel date, and receive a Future Package Credit valid between the moment of cancellation until travel.

Which sailings qualify for Go Port's Future Package Credit Program?

The FPC Program covers all sailings departing after March 9, 2020 from Port Canaveral.

What happens if there's a difference in price between the package credit I receive and the package that I would like to book next?

If the price of the next Go Port Package you'd like to book exceeds your credit's value, you will have to pay the difference. Alternatively, if the new Go Port Package price is lower than your credit's value, a new FPC Program credit will be issued for the remaining balance.

How do I cancel my package to participate in this FPC Program?

To participate and take advantage of the 100% credit from this program, you can request a cancellation on our Order Status page. Please note, we are currently experiencing a higher than normal volume of requests and will process your submission in the order in which it was received.

Terms And Conditions

The Future Package Credit (FPC) Program allows existing clients who have booked a package with Go Port to cancel their package, up to 4 days before their first travel date. This program waives all change fees and will provide a credit equal to 100% of the total price paid for the package. The credit issued using the FPC Program is non transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. The FPC's value may be applied toward booking a new package. All packages are subject to availability at the time of the booking. Go Port reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice or liability. The FPC Program can be withdrawn without notice.
