This or That: Airport or Beach Cruise Hotel Package?

If you look through Go Port’s packages for Snooze Park Cruise, and Fly Snooze Cruise you’ll see that, for the most part, our hotel partners are either on Cocoa Beach or near the Orlando Airport. Now, which one works best for you?

Well, that depends on what you’re looking for on your cruise vacation.

Near the Orlando International Airport

—sound like appealing pre-cruise day activities then you probably want a hotel by the airport as part of your Fly Snooze Cruise Hotel Package. The sooner you get to your hotel, the better, and we offer packages that include hotels less than 10 minutes from the airport. The hotel’s nearby location means that you can be in your room shortly after picking up your bags at the baggage claim.

Airport cruise hotel packages are perfect for passengers flying into Orlando in the late afternoon and evening who are just looking for a place to lay their head for the night. While Orlando is an exciting city, cruisers that are stepping off their plane after a long flight, or a long series of flights may not want anything more than maybe a light snack and a drink. You can even get that snack and drink for free at the manager’s reception in the  Courtyard, Residence Inn, or Embassy Suites cruise hotel packages.

Port Canaveral cruisers who are interested in one of these extended vacations, but are driving instead of flying in should take a close look at the Florida Hotel. Not only does its location inside the Florida Mall, giving you access to shopping at one of the largest malls in the southeast, it’s also conveniently located near Universal Studios and the affiliated Islands of Adventure. Lake Buena Vista and Disney World are farther away, but still a reasonable distance for those who want to spend a day there.

On the Beach
